90-Night Trial
Every Rise Grounded™ grounding sheet is backed by our 90-Night Trial.
Your trial begins on the date your order is delivered.
Use your Rise Grounded™ sheet at home and see how it fits into your nightly routine. If you decide it isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Starting a Return

Please include your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the applicable return instructions.
Please do not send a return to an address without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Because our 90-Night Trial is designed to let you actually experience the product, your sheet may be opened and used during the trial period.
Returned products should be in reasonable condition and must not show damage caused by misuse, improper care, alteration, or neglect.
Where applicable, please include the grounding cord and other components originally supplied with the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@risegrounded.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Providing photos of the product and packaging may help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.
Products that have been intentionally damaged, improperly used, or altered may not qualify for a refund.
